Can I cancel an existing order?
Strikeoutstrippz.com will formally charge your credit card upon completion of the online transaction. If you send e-mail to within 24 hours of placing your order, we can sometimes cancel the shipment and refund your account. Please include your order number.
If the cancellation request does not come through early enough, then we will work with you to set things right according to the Returns Policy. Please do not send any non-order-related e-mail to as that will delay the response to your question as well as delay our ability to help others.
Can I change an existing order?
If you need to increase the quantity of an item ordered or add another item to your order, simply go through the order process again and make a note in the Comments field on the final order confirmation page that you are adding to your earlier order. Please provide the order number when you are doing this.
If you need to lower the quantity of you order or eliminate an item from your order, contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of placing the order at and we will work to make the change.

Can I track my order status?
Yes. By entering your email address during the order process you will receive and email with your UPS tracking number and website link. You will be brought to a page that shows your order history, including in in-progress or pending orders.
How can I pay for my order?
Strikeoutstrippz.com only accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercard. Only Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc) can be accepted.
International credit cards backed by one of the companies listed above will work, but international debit cards (Switch, Electron, Maestro, Suica, etc.) will not work.

How do I place my order online?
1. Browse through the site until you find the item you need to buy.
2. From the product page select the quantity and size/color/other available attribute and click “Add To My Cart” to add it to your cart.
3. You may repeat step 2 by clicking the “Click to continue shopping” link and adding more items to your cart for purchase or continue.
4. Once you’ve added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process.
